Gay Executive Officer (G.E.O.) facilitates the dialogue with straight allies and supporters, with the goal of increasing LGBTQ+ representation.
Our ambition is to have 10% of all C-level and senior leadership roles covered by members of the LGBTQ+ community by 2030
